• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on LeveledCV
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

4. AI-Generated Content

LeveledCV uses artificial intelligence to help generate and optimize resume content. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated suggestions should be reviewed and edited by you before use. You are solely responsible for the final content of your resume.

5. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using LeveledCV, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a subscription.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
